Ali Khodabakhsh
I am an AI/ML Engineer at Polygraf AI, where my work spans the breadth of AI governance — from detecting AI-generated, synthetic, and manipulated content, to building privacy-preserving systems that prevent the leakage of sensitive data through AI channels.
Prior to that, I received my Ph.D. from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin, where I was part of the Wireless Networking and Communications Group (WNCG). During my Ph.D., I worked on the design and analysis of approximation algorithms with provable performance guarantees, with a special focus on applications in energy systems.
